They also helped us calling our next accomodation (in other city) to arrange late checkin! 3 Minutes from Mt Fuji station, vital in this area. They also provided very nice suggestions about the area. Clean and comfortable (rare in Japan). Absolutely recommended.

Room is tidy and clean. The owners are extremely helpful. We couldn't start our program in the morning due to battery problem with our car. I cannot speak Japanese however the owner communicated with the car rental company to urge them coming to fix our car quickly.

Service was extremely thoughtful! The server who checked us in escorted us to our room, and even tidied our shoes! At keiseki dinner and breakfast, as a family with kids, the service was very polished, and the server really could anticipate our needs and acted proactively, to the point of surprising us! The meals were elaborate and of extremely high quality. Both the public onsen and the private in-room onsen were excellent. And of course, the view of Mount Fuji was super impressive! All Fufu hotels are designed with maximum customer privacy in mind. While the hotel is not right next to the coast of Lake Kawaguchiko but is instead "hidden" in a valley, the feeling of being inside a forest yet with Mount Fuji still highly visible, the picture is really surprisingly next level! A perfect, perfect stay overall!

The story was that I accidentally left my personal belongings at the previous hotel on the other side of Lake Kawaguchi. He offered to drive there and fetch my lost items.

Very pleasantly surprised - the facility far exceeded my expectations. Staff was friendly. Stayed for a night, location was great, easy walk to kawaguchiko station.

Ordered extra breakfast, Fuji from the restaurant window was amazing. It was very close and majestic, unlike the view from the shore of Lake Kawaguchi. I recommend the breakfast included.

We stayed in a traditional Japanese room with an open air bath. It is great for couples. The room was clean and spacious. You can use the open air bath as many times as you like and with privacy. We'll never forget the beautiful view of Mt Fuji from our room. The hotel also has a footbath on the rooftop and you can see Mt Fuji and Lake Fuji Kawaguchiko on a clear day. It was also lovely being served green tea on arrival in our rooms. We loved our stay.

Fuji. Du hade badkar inne och ett ute på terrassen du hade även en bastu. Måste säga att det va helt otroligt vackert. Villan i sig är helt ny och fresh! Personalen va underbar dom följde med oss till villan och visade oss runt. Verkligen 10 av 10.
