Willow Country Cottage, is new on the market for self-catering. We are located in one of the hidden country gems of Kerry, a beautiful townland called Dromulton, near Currow, the house is nestled on a quiet country road surrounded by beautiful mature trees and roaming fields in the background. This is ideal for holidaymakers who are looking for pure relaxation in a country setting, that is extremely quiet, private and serene, and want to explore what our county and surroundings has to offer. The house has been recently refurnished to high standard while keeping its original character. There are 3 bedrooms, one king, 2 double (sleep 6) one bathroom, the kitchen is open plan with dining/living all in one, and utility. The property has an enclosed patio so you enjoy the outdoors all year round and take in the natural environment around you with plenty of space and privacy. Your hosts will be committed to providing a great stay for their . We are 5 minutes from Kerry Airport and 10 minutes from the train station in Farranfore. Please Note we are out in the country side and away from killarney and restaurants .
The hosts are warm and friendly, and are committed to ensuring their guests to have a memorable holiday, and will support them as much as possible to do so. Towns: Castleisland, Killarney, Kenmare Tralee, Dingle & Ballybunion We have beautiful beaches, Inch, Banna, Ballyheigue, Ballybunion, Derrynane, & Castlegregory all only 30mins to 1hr away. We have great golf courses, Killarney Golf and Fishing Club, Ross, Dooks, Killorglin, Balllybunion & Barrow in Kerry. Adare Golf Club is only 45 minutes away. Adare Villlage is the 2nd most visited place by visitors, a village with traditional thatched cottages and steeped in ancient heritage. Killarney has lots to offer: Muckross House & Gardens, The Lakes, Ross Castle, and take a stroll around the vibrant town, beautiful gift shops, and restaurants to enjoy on your trip. Take a jaunting car up the Gap of Dunloe, take a trip around the Ring of Kerry or visit Skellig Michael. We have great hiking places: Carrauantoohil, Mount Brandon, Torc & Skrickeen. Glanageenty hiking trail which is a few miles from our property, has three loops which differ in size, unspoilt landscape which brings you along the riverbank and woodlands. We are only 6km from Castleisland which has great boutiques, Fashion World, Hannons and Le Femme and Joi.
